How I can help

I help executives, leaders and entrepreneurs who wish to make changes in their lives but are struggling, or have struggled, to do so on their own. â€‹Unlike self-help, coaching is a co-active and deep working relationship that holds you accountable for making tangible, real gains towards your own goals.

We all have our own superpowers that we can use to solve problems or make progress towards our goals. As your thinking partner, I can help you identify and make the most of your own strengths.

What you will gain

With strong skills in emotional intelligence, perspective, creative thinking, curiosity, appreciation of excellence and leadership, working together I can help enhance your own critical abilities in these areas to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence. As a neutral partner, I'll offer objective viewpoints, and help you identify blind spots or can challenge the assumptions holding you back. Together we can work on broadening perspective, improving self-awareness and refining decision-making.

Our coaching sessions will give you space to reflect and think strategically about your next steps. By gaining fresh insights, you'll make better informed decisions about your future direction and be ready to move forward with confidence.

Who I am for

I thrive in environments that require emotional intelligence, creativity,  and motivation, helping others find meaning and purpose.

I work with entrepreneurially-minded, values-driven individuals focused on self development and big-picture thinking, especially those striving to understand how they can strengthen the innate human qualities they need to succeed in a world of AI and/or want to make a positive impact on the world.

I also support people in life or career transitions who feel lost or unsure of their next step. You may need a coach who is emotionally tuned in and non-judgmental, but who provides structure and encouragement. â€‹I also work well with early-career professionals, exploring their identity, passions and direction.

If any of the above sounds like you, I am ready to work with you.
